BKE - Bukit Timah Expressway! Goes through the greenery near the nature reserve. My wife always asks me to slow down here to see the monkeys. Don't feed them ah!

The Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) cuts through the heart of Singapore's nature reserves, separating Bukit Timah Nature Reserve from the Central Catchment. It is the primary route for traffic heading north towards Woodlands and Malaysia via the Causeway.

What makes BKE special is the greenery on both sides - you'll often feel like you're driving through a forest corridor. Keep your eyes open for monkeys near the Dairy Farm stretch!

ANDY loves that there are ZERO ERP gantries on this expressway - perfect for those JB trips without the additional cost. Just remember to fill up on petrol before crossing!
